Going down from Vitsiko to Voidomatis springs and then by crossing the whole Vikos gorge to reach Koukouli going further up Monodendri and Vitsa stairs, is estimated to 20 km. From Sunday 26 till Tuesday 28 October 2014 Vikos Paths took place - the theme of the gathering was subsidiarity on the occasion of the publication of Nicos Yannis book "The principle of subsidiarity, principle of freedom, participation and responsibility", a copy of which was given to all participants.

The speech delivered by the keynote speaker, Charilaos Charakas, titled “If only we could tell a national and European “NO” to the global economic war and economic crisis”.From Saturday the 26th till Monday the 28th of October 2013 we were lucky enough to enjoy a unique sunny event in Land Beyond.

On Friday afternoon, 6th July 2012, the whole team walked down Vitsa stairs to Vikos gorge and Missios bridge, thus combining mental alertness to physical exercise in this unique experience called Vikos paths organized by Land Beyond. 

By beginning and ending at the square of Kapesovo, the small and colourful village - where Thukidides, our mountain guide, rules - the 2nd Vikos paths took place. We enjoyed a three-hour hiking, stops included, twenty people.

Twenty five people gathered in the land beyond, Zagori Suites, where we started taking Vitsa stairs to Dilofo through the old path. It has not been very easy because the old path was partially closed due to dense vegetation.
