Between the 21st and 26th of July 2019, the land beyond for the third consecutive time hosted in its premises the Centre for United Nations Constitutional Research (CUNCR)


The presentations at the 2018 climate justice seminar focused not only on the failures of the current state-based climate governance structure

The third summer six days cosmopolitan peripatetic seminar, which took place at the land beyond in Vitsa, Epiros, Greece (National Park of Northern Pindos), 30.7-4.8.2016, building on the experience and outcome of the founding GLAP seminar (2-7.8.2014) and the GLAP II, on "Cosmopolitan consciousness and civic action in a globalized world" (25-30.7.2015), had the goal: to highlight the added value of federalism in organizing human community at, local, national, regional and global scale, in order to address and tackle the major problems and challenges which faces the world.


The second summer six days cosmopolitan peripatetic seminar, which took place at the land beyond in Vitsa, Epiros, Greece (National Park of Northern Pindos), 25-30.7.2015, building on the experience and outcome of the founding GLAP seminar (2-7.8.2014), on "Cosmopolitan consciousness and civic action in a globalized world", had the goal: to advance global citizen education through school curricula and civic action around the world with a view to promoting sustainable development.


The summer six days peripatetic seminar took place in the idyllic environment of Epirus (National Park of Northern Pindos), in the National Park of Northern Pindos and at the Land Beyond in Vitsa.


The “land beyond”, in collaboration with Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom and with the support of European Expression, organized a 6 day interactive laboratory between 15-21 July 2013


In the meeting under the coordination of the greek NGO European Expression (Evropaiki Ekfrasi) participated 50 people representing NGOs and cultural clubs of almost every Balkan country. The meeting aimed at cooperation among organizations, exchange of know how and good practices, enrichment of public dialogue and joint action on local development issues based on voluntarism and citizen society values.
