CONNECTION TO ZAGORI VILLAGES
The 46 villages of Zagori were always connected through paths. Nowadays the paths – some of them in good condition, other less restored – are mainly used for hiking. To those concerned, the paths (monopatia) are the secret beauty of the Zagori region. Zagori enjoys a good road connection between villages and settlements. Distances are not long while the landscape is breathtaking. The bus connection between the villages is poor.
